Today's tutorial teaches you to make cute bow rings . The materials we used are Quilling Paper and glue, during the making process, you will have fun. T he next we need is two orange circles, use same method to make it, which is smaller than the red one. M ake two yellow circles, which is smaller than the orange circle.
