PandaHall Tutorials on Stylish Pearl Necklace

Today’s tutorial is about making a stylish pearl necklace. The process is a little complicated but the final product is attractive. Let’s have a look.


While making this necklace, first we will prepare small seed beads, red pearl beads, large white pearls, blue pearls, jump rings, clasp, scissors, pliers and transparent nylon wire. Then we will start making.


1. Cut a length of nylon wire and thread 4 seed beads. Then use the two ends to thread a red pearl from different directions. Thread 3 seed beads respectively on two ends and thread them through a larger white pearl from different directions. After that, thread 3 seed beads on two ends respectively and then thread the wire through a red bead from different direction.

2. Now separate the two wire and add one seed bead to each wire and thread them together through a blue pearl and then add one seed to each wire again. Till now, the first part has been finished and now we can repeat the above steps till the chain is long enough for your neck.

3. Now we only need one wire, so we will cut one end after threading through the red bead. As  for the left wire, we will add 4 seed beads through it first. Till this step, it is recommended that you can connect a needle to the wire to make threading easier.
4. Now please check the top right part of this picture. There are 4 lines of white beads around the large white pearl. We need to thread the wire through the top right line and then through the large white pearl. Then add one red pearl, four white pearls, one blue pearl and one small white pearl. After that, go back leave the small white pearl alone and thread the other beads again to the upper end of the large white pearl. In this way, a small pendant will appear.

5. Thread the wire through the top left line of the beads and add 8 white seed bead and one red bead in the order of what the picture shows. Repeat the 4th and 5th step till every part has a pendant.


6. Now the wire is on the upper direction of the other end of the necklace, we will add a red bead and one small white bead to the wire and then leave the white bead alone. Thread the wire through the red bead and the larger white pearl as well as the bottom red bead.
7. Start adding small white beads to the wire and thread it through the second large white pearl.

8. Repeat the 6th and 7th step till every part has an extra jewelry chain at the bottom.
9. Add the jump ring and clasp respectively at two ends of the pendant necklace. And the necklace has been finished.
