How to Make a Light Green Gemstone Necklace


This is a beautiful green jade necklace. Emerald is the main color of this necklace. We use two different sizes of green jade beads and green seed beads. The perfect combination of three beads creates this unique necklace. Let's try it together.

Materials needed:
Natural Jade Beads Strands, Dyed, Round, MediumAquamarine, 8mm
Natural Myanmar Jade/Burmese Jade Beads Strands, Round, 6mm
6/0 Transparent Glass Beads, Round Seed Beads, Green, 3.5~4x2.5~3mm
Brass Jump Rings, Closed but Unsoldered
Silver Tone Alloy Lobster Claw Clasps
Transparent Fishing Thread Nylon Wire
Flat Nose Pliers     Scissors

Here comes the tutorial:
 1st  Thread five green seed beads, tie a knot to fix the beads. Cut off one end of the wire.
2nd  Thread two smaller green jade beads and one bigger green jade bead, and between every two green jade bead, there is a seed bead. Then thread the wire through the seed bead near the knot.
3rd  Thread the wire through the second smaller green bead and through then the seed bead in the middle and the first smaller green one.Tighten up the wire.
4th  Add one seed bead, one smaller green bead, one seed bead, one smaller green bead and one seed bead to the wire. Then thread the wire through the near another smaller green jade bead, the following one seed bead and the smaller green bead.

 5th  Add three seed beads and a smaller green bead and a bigger one following the order, as picture shown. Then thread the wire through the following smaller green bead, seed bead, smaller green bead. We can see the former three smaller green beads have formed a triangle. So we keep making  triangles, like the fourth part in Picture 1. Repeat the process.
6th  End up with a little flower made by five seed beads. Add jump rings, clasp to the necklace, then we are finished.
